Welcome to the Baumannhof in Signat! The Baumannhof is picturesquely situated on the southern slope of the Ritten, but still in the Bolzano municipality. It only takes a few minutes by car to get away from the noise of the city and to dive into the serenity of nature and to enjoy the magnificent view of the “Rosengarten”.

You will find peace and relaxation on our beautifully situated farm surrounded by vineyards. We pemper you with culinary delights in our Buschenschank and you can spend your holiday in the B&B next door in one of the cozy double rooms including breakfast with homemade delicacies. Hospitality and tradition are lived and loved at our farm.

In the past, various types of grain and wine were grown on the farm. Gradually, the entire area of the farm was converted to viticulture. The southern location is ideal for wine growing.
