She respects nature and its cycles, she only uses eggs from the farmers in the neighbourhood and she makes all her own jams and compotes. Mali has published her "philosophy of life", but above all her recipes in "Echt Südtirol, 85 Rezepte aus der Bergbauernküche" (Christian Verlag) and thus made them accessible to everyone. With the publication of this cookbook, Mali has fulfilled her wish to pass on traditions, customs and her recipes to the next generation. Her cookbook is also available at our farm.
